REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mizna closet, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Refund Requests (Within 24 Hours)
    • Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    • Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
    • Items must be:
        ◦ Unworn
        ◦ Unwashed
        ◦ Undamaged
        ◦ In original packaging with tags attached

2. Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days)
    • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached).
    • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Sale Items
❗ No refund or exchange is allowed on sale, discounted, or promotional items.
All sale purchases are final.

4. Quality Check Process
    • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection process.
    • If the item passes inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed.
    • If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds will be issued using Instapay or Vodafone cash.
    • Processing time may take 5 to 7 working days after the quality check.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the issue.
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
