2.Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchange only. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. All with 3 to 7 working days.
    • Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.
